Major Updates:

1. Detailed System Log

Not being able to track who added or deleted what from the system can be exhausting. Correct, isn’t it? Well, not anymore. The Guardso 6.5 update will allow all the admins to seamlessly view every little change made in the system.

2. Detailed User Access Level

Are the pre-defined roles and permissions not enough for your company to run security operations effectively? If that’s the case, we are thrilled to let you know that now the admin will be able to define new roles and set custom permissions for them instantly. However, changing the default roles and permissions in Guardso guard tour system won’t be allowed.

3. Past Payroll

Maintaining business records have always been essential, and there is no denying this fact. Right? It’s one of the reasons why the need to have past payrolls easily available at your fingertips was critical for us to introduce. Guardso 6.5 will make it possible for you to easily access past Guardso payrolls, so you can always be at ease.

Dispatch Center Updates:

Dispatchers are up for a wonderful treat. Reason being, Guardso guard tour dispatch center got two very functional updates that will make their job a lot easier.

  • First of all, they will be able to view the post site map in the dispatch ticket page where the live location of the guard assigned to the ticket will be visible.
  • On the very same page of the guard tour dispatch center, the admin will be able to not only add but also view live notes sent by the guard without refreshing the page over and again unlike before.

Notification Updates:

Notifications are one of the best ways to stay up-to-date without having to fire an app. Convenient, isn’t it? Which is why Guardso guard tour system has added more ways to notify your admins, guards, as well as the clients. They are as follows:

  1. SMS, dashboard, & email notifications for Client portal.
  2. SMS notifications for admins and guards.

1. Send Estimates To Prospective Clients

Guardso allowed sending estimates to only the clients registered in the system, but with this update you will be able to send professional looking estimates to even the ones not registered in the system. Simply add the name & email address of the client and proceed to add other details as you did earlier.

2. Geofence Enter/Exit Logs

Yes, you read that right! With Guardso 6.5 you’ll be able to track all your security guards working within a geofenced area more efficiently. Every time they enter or exit, it’ll show up on the log.

3. Brand New PDF Report Export Template

Reports ready to export in PDF format just got a brand new look! It’ll be more structured, practical, elegant, & exceptionally professional. Watch out for them!

4. Admin/Manager Can Add Reports

There are days when on behalf of your security guards, the admin or the manager may have to update reports. Well, now that will be possible with the Guardso 6.5 update but only for the custom reports.

5. Add Custom Guard License List & Guard License

This update will provide all the dashboard users not only the ability to add custom license list but will also provide the opportunity to add guard license to the system that only guards were allowed to before using the mobile patrol app.

A few other improvements worth mentioning include: new filters in Activity page, additional stat boxes on the Live Dashboard, and overall design improvements in the web app & mobile patrol app.
