Now, when you begin your patrol, you’ll be prompted with an option to clock in via your assigned shift or manually. Previously, guards would automatically clock in upon starting the patrol, regardless of whether a shift was assigned during the same timeframe. This update allows for more flexibility in managing patrols alongside shifts.

Select/Capture Images – A More Efficient Way to Document

We’ve made capturing and uploading images faster and more convenient. Guards can now select multiple images from their gallery at once—just like how you can select multiple images in WhatsApp. If you’re capturing photos through the app’s camera, you can now click multiple images and upload them in a batch. This update streamlines documentation processes, saving time during your patrols and making it easier to keep everything organized.

Parking Manager – License Plate Scanning


Searching for a vehicle in the Parking Manager just became a lot quicker. With our new license plate scanning feature, guards can now search for a vehicle in the parking list by simply scanning its license plate. Landscape Mode for Tablets

We’re rolling out landscape mode support for tablets! Now you can view and manage the GuardsPro app in landscape orientation, providing a more versatile and ergonomic experience for tablet users. Beacon Monitoring For Site Tours

Another exciting feature is the introduction of beacon region monitoring for tour tags.
