The Dispatcher Module is now available in the Client Portal, allowing you to add and manage dispatchers directly from the platform. Permissions can be controlled from the BOD under the Client Module, providing flexibility and security.
Post Sites: Duplicate Tasks, Site Tours, And Checklists
Managing recurring tasks is simpler than ever. The Post Sites menu now offers an option to duplicate tasks, site tours, and checklists, making it easy to create new entries without starting from scratch.
Policies & Documents: Targeted Assignments Based on Guard Skills
With this update, you can now assign policies and documents (P&Ds) based on specific skills, departments, or selected guards. Previously, P&Ds were assigned to all guards by default. Now, you can select individual guards for precise assignments. If no guard is selected, the P&D will be assigned to all guards.
Post Orders And Policies: Track Acknowledgments
You can now view a complete list of all guards—whether they have acknowledged post orders or are still pending acknowledgment. Previously, only acknowledged guards were shown, but now both statuses are visible, ensuring better tracking.
Client Portal Access: Admin Management Made Simple
Managing admin roles just got easier. Admins can now designate users as admins directly from the Client Portal settings. Simply navigate to the three-dot menu under Client – Client Portal to make this change.
Reports: Enhanced Filtering And Flagging

- Flagged Reports Filter: Now you can easily filter and view flagged reports alongside approved and pending ones.
- Reason for Flagging: Add specific reasons when flagging reports to provide more context.
- Severity Level Filter: You can now sort reports by severity level, making it easier to prioritize tasks.
- Generate Link for Reports: Create shareable links for reports with customizable link validity options. Access this feature via the three-dot menu in the report section.
Post Orders And Policies: Save As Draft
You can now save post orders and policies as drafts in the GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard. This allows for further review and editing before finalizing the documents, helping reduce errors and improve accuracy.
Dispatcher: Email And Link Generation
We’ve added two new features to the Dispatcher module:

Security is a top priority! The 2FA feature now supports both SMS/text messages and authentication apps. You can download an authenticator app (either mobile or as a browser extension) to generate verification codes for added protection.
Post Site Settings: Disable Security Team Contact Sharing

New labels have been added to both visitor profiles and parking contacts for more detailed information and improved tracking.
Past Payroll: Bulk Deletion For Past Payroll Entries
You can now select multiple payroll entries and delete them at once, simplifying the process of clearing past payroll records and keeping your system up to date.
