We want to thank all of our customers for providing great feedbacks and voting on new features for Guardso. For past 3 months, we had been working hard to release the new version of Guardso. Well, the time has come! we have just released Guardso 2.5 on Dec 9th which includes new features in our PPO Dashboard, and Guardso mobile app.

Since guards have to use Guardso mobile app on daily basis, our goal was to provide a better experience for the guards. We wanted to prove the UI so guard can use the mobile app more effectively. The ability to upload multiple pictures, audio and video, the app provides the guard with more opportunities to perform better at the job site. We have made it easy for the guard to create pass downs, view post orders, conduct site tours and submit reports using Guardso mobile app.
With Guardso 2.5 web app, users have better control over the critical information flowing into the organization from multiple post sites and multiple guards. We have improved our notification system to provide a better understanding of events taking place. Each time guard submits the reports or completes the site tour, the user is notified right within the dashboard or using an email address.
One of the main updates includes a site tour interactive map where the user can actually see how the site tours are conducted by the guards on the post site. Easily see which site tours were late or missed right within the site tours reports. Guardso site tour feature is designed to keep you informed about the security guard activity and to increase the productivity of your guards.
